Eugene has 15+ years’ experience in planning, developing, and maintaining complex front-, middle- and back-office systems. He has delivered multi- departmental asset management programs with budgets over US$10 million. He is an expert in asset management product, portfolio construction, market data and operations. He is currently focused on business development in the United States and in Africa, targeting growth within the financial services sector. Past firms include Goldman Sachs, Bridgewater Associates, and Element Capital. Eugene is a graduate of Morehouse College.
