Through its Legal Advisory sub-unit, Delwik is also dedicated to offering legal advisory and consultancy services. We are focused on sports and investment fund structuring.

Within our sports practice we recognize the need to support athletes, through our Zurich branch. Our team of legal advisors work with international law firms focusing on any issues sport professionals may face during their career and beyond; from transfers and protection of minors, employment contracts, commercial contracts (sponsoring), rights of privacy, data privacy, corporate matters, family planning, property acquisitions, tax structuring, immigration, disciplinary hearings, and private clients matters with a specific focus on assisting players of African origin willing to evolve at the top level on the sport global stage.

At Delwik, the focus has always been to build bridges between Africa and the rest of the world. That culture remains ingrained in the DNA of our sports legal advisory arm.
