He also has unique experience leveraging the intersections of gaming and music, most recently heading business development for Africa’s leading mobile games publisher Carry1st. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an AB degree from Dartmouth College.xperience working with government, public sector enterprises, regulators, banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporate clients on transformational projects. Engaged clients at Ministerial, Board, Executive Management and Operational level, in both private and public sector. Effective in global institutions, managing diverse staff, developing business relationships, working across borders, and maximizing or optimizing performance in matrix organizations. She is also a Managing Director at Rockerfella.
Recently, Inal joined ReagaInfra Capital, a black female-owned firm that specializes in providing advisory and consultancy services for the development and funding of large-scale projects in SSA. The firm's focus is on Capital Raising, Project Financing, Risk Management Solutions, Agency and Export Finance, and ESG and Sustainability Finance.Before joining ReagaInfra, Inal held the position of Head of Structuring in the Markets Division of RMB. She also established and built an Export Credit Finance and Credit Risk Mitigation Business for the Bank. Prior to this, she worked as a Director in the Project/Capex Financing team at Barclays/Absa Capital and as a Senior Account Manager in the International Finance Department of the Industrial Development Corporation.Inal has developed highly strategic relationships with various stakeholders, including Export Credit Agencies, Multilateral and Development Finance Institutions, Private Markets Insurers, Multinational Corporates, Sovereigns, and sub-Sovereigns. She also works with Project Sponsors, Commercial Banks, Private Equity Funds, and Impact Capital in SSA.Inal's in-depth knowledge of Credit and Risk Management, Financial Resources Management and Optimisation, and Client Coverage, and stakeholder engagement comes from her years in Investment Banking.
Inal is passionate about Transition Finance on the Continent and actively participates in the broader ESG and Sustainability Finance Agenda.In addition to her professional achievements, Inal is a Diversity advocate and a mentor who supports the development and advancement of young professionals in the Finance Industry. She is also a wife and mother to two children. Inal holds an LLB (summa cum laude) from the University of Natal, an LLM from the University of Cambridge (Newnham College), and a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of SA and an Admitted Notary Public.In recognition of her excellence in the industry, Inal was recently nominated by Trade Finance Global (TFG) for 2023’s 100 Women in Trade, Treasury, and Payments – Export Finance Category, amongst a highly impressive cohort.
From his first to his subsequent ventures spanning animation & game development, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software; he is a technical builder at heart with a keen eye for the arts.
As the group CFO at AA&R investment Limited and head of corporate finance at TSL Logistics Limited, he oversaw M&A transactions, Capital raising activities, Group strategy(Investment and financing decisions), Cash flow and working capital management, and Finance operations activities. As an Assistant Manager at KPMG, he worked with a team that specialized in due diligence, valuation, business planning, financial model development, and strategy development for clients in various sectors. He was also involved in the one Africa initiative implemented by the firm at that time.
Victor was instrumental in the proposed set-up of a Seed capital venture fund proposed by Nextzon a firm specializing in business advisory and Incubation. He was responsible for the business planning, financial modeling, and strategy development of the N8 billion PPP initiative between a consortium of private investors and a State Government amongst others. Victor is a graduate of Babcock University, Nigeria where he obtained a B.Sc Degree in Accounting. He is also a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria.
